Support the Mama Cacao Collective CIC
The Mama Cacao Collective CIC works directly with women who grow and care for cacao - supporting their livelihoods, preserving ancestral knowledge, and strengthening climate resilience in their communities.
We are currently raising funds to:
Support the import, production, and packaging of our single-origin cacao drinking chocolate: Help cover the cost of importing cacao that Jay Hole and I processed into 100% paste in Costa Rica from cacao grown by the women we work with, as well as purchasing an essential chocolate-shaving machine and packaging. The finished drinking chocolate will be sold with 100% of proceeds reinvested into the nonprofit, helping us purchase essential tools and provide expert support to women farmers and their farms.
Purchase essential tools to improve cacao production and working conditions on women-owned farms
Fund expert support to help farmers in the Ngäbe community manage and recover cacao trees affected by disease.
Your contribution directly supports these women, amplifying their voices, sustaining their traditions, and helping secure a more resilient future for cacao.
Every donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference.
